1) Approval of 09/21/2008 meeting minutes
2) Election of two trustees for year 2010 and 2011. Two names recommended by the Board are Sikha Singh and Harish Dhayal. If any member would like to recommend a name other than these names, then he/she should do so by August 19th by informing the President or the Secretary as per the Bylaws.
3) Discussion and approval of Scholarship Criteria prepared by Scholarship Committee.

All members are requested to send their suggestions, concerns, and new ideas to Ram Arya or Harish Dhayal by email or by phone for this meeting as soon as possible. It will help us compile the list of issues needed to discuss in the meeting.

Expenses for the meeting will be about $20.00 per head expected to be shared by the attendees.

Take exit 8A of NJ Turnpike towards JAMESBURG / CRANBURY. After the exit Merge onto NJ-32 W toward US-130 / CRANBURY / S. BRUNSWICK( 1 mile). Turn LEFT onto US-130 S(1.6 miles). Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CR-614 / N MAIN ST. Turn RIGHT onto CR-614 / PLAINSBORO RD and drive for 3.4 miles to the Crown of India.

Take Exit 129 (NJ Turnpike) of Garden State Parkway. Merge onto NJ Turnpike south. Follow the direction above.
