2) Election of three trustees for year 2009 and 2010. Three names recommended by the Board are Mrs Udita Ahlawat, Mr. Shri Om Dalal and Mr. Narender Sehrawat. If any member would like to recommend a name other than these names, then he/she should do so by Sept. 11th by informing the President or the Secretary as per the Bylaws.

Expenses for the meeting will be about $20.00 per head expected to be shared by the attendees.
